About the job

This role is for an AI-Amplified Maker & builder—a conceptual and technical hybrid who harnesses the power of generative AI to create fast, scroll-stopping social content and the workflows to make them at scale. You will merge the visionary instincts of an AI Creative Lead with the hands-on making ability of a Designer and a Copywriter to unlock new creative formats.

Job Summary

A forward-looking creative who lives and breathes AI, you're part visionary, part maker, moving fast to take ideas from sketch to polished, social-native asset. You'll lead the development of ideas and outputs that feel native to social media — fast, bold, and experimental. You won't just direct — you'll build. You build assets, and tools to make these assets for the future. You possess a copywriter's instinct for narrative and a designer's eye for motion. This role is ideal for someone who sees AI not just as a tool, but as a creative partner — and is excited to shape the future of content creation alongside a forward-thinking team.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build quick-turn content — from AI-generated assets to polished posts and stories
  • Concept and lead creative experiments that use generative AI tools in smart, meaningful ways
  • Help define a new visual and creative language for how we use AI in content
  • Spot trends early and translate them into original executions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, producers, and editors (externally & internally)
  • Work across social platforms and understand what performs where
  • Build custom Google AI workflows to deliver contents at high pace

What You Bring (Mandatory Skills)

  • Google AI tools: Gemini, Veo, Flow, Whisk, AI Studio
  • Experience in a creative role (design, writing, content, or similar)
  • Deep curiosity about generative AI — you use tools like Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc., regularly
  • Hands-on creative skills — you can write, design, or produce content yourself
  • Strong instincts for visual storytelling, especially for social platforms
  • A maker mindset — you like to test, iterate, and move quickly
  • Fluency in Prompts:
    You're fluent in prompts, scripts, and taglines
  • Comfort with ambiguity and internet culture

Bonus Points

  • Experience leading creative on AI-powered or tech-forward products.
  • A track record of launching viral or standout creative in social media.
  • Comfort building quick demos, MVPs, or visuals using AI
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, content)
