We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed Client, a
LUXURY BRAND
, a
Client Advisor
to join their team in the NEW Boutique in Monte Carlo.

CLIENT ADVISOR - PERMANENT CONTRACT / LUXURY BRAND / NEW OPENING MONTE CARLO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the store
  • Approach and assist customers with product advice and recommendations
  • Coordinate with external suppliers to maintain store standards
  • Represent the brand as a true ambassador
  • Address and resolve customer needs and issues promptly
  • Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Handle multiple customers simultaneously with efficiency
  • Assist and support all sales team members
  • Oversee stock activities
  • Manage merchandise effectively and accurately

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail, specifically in luxury Ready-to-Wear (RTW)
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, outgoing personality with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Strong IT skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
