Your
missions :
As a member of the customer service team at the Ceva Ecat-iD Campus in Plouédern, you will be responsible for :
- Installing, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment on site.
- Prepare your intervention before you leave: analyze the need for support and the tools
tools required.
- Supervise the unloading of equipment and check its integrity and conformity.

- Organize and adapt your schedule according to the customer's priorities and needs.
- Act as the customer's technical contact on site and represent the company.
- Train team technicians by following procedures and using support materials.
- Act as the company's technical liaison with the customer, in constant coordination with the project manager in charge.
Possibility of coordinating long-term projects, supervising and participating in operations as required.
Your
profile :
Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
Notions in automation
Fluent written and spoken English
Excellent customer relations skills
International mobility
A plus: basic knowledge of project management methods
International travel, representing 70 to 80% of working time.
