Au sein de l'équipe Project Management, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la réussite des programmes de coaching Talentis, en garantissant leur mise en œuvre fluide et rigoureuse du début à la fin.

Vos journées sont rythmées par le
suivi
opérationnel des programmes via notre outil de gestion « Click Up », l'anticipation des échéances clés, la coordination logistique (invitations, envoi de pre-work, relances), la
planification
des rendez-vous avec les client·es, les coachs et les directeur·rices de programme, ainsi que la
préparation
des supports pédagogiques et des synthèses de feedback. Environ 30 % du poste sera dédié à des missions de marketing digital, incluant la
mise en forme
de contenu et l'optimisation de l'expérience utilisateur.

Vous collaborez étroitement avec les directeur·rices de programme, les coachs, les client.e.s, ainsi que les utilisateur·rices de notre plateforme « Click & Coach », à laquelle vous apportez un soutien attentif en cas de besoin. Vous contribuez également au suivi financier (facturation, bons de commande), et à l'actualisation des supports marketing (brochures, site internet). Vous êtes un maillon essentiel de notre culture de rigueur, de coopération et de convivialité.

Idéalement en Master 1 ou 2 en gestion ou management de projet, vous recherchez un stage de 6 mois pour mettre en pratique vos compétences dans un environnement exigeant et stimulant.

Ce poste s'inscrit dans un environnement international ; un Anglais courant est indispensable dans un contexte professionnel.

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (notamment PowerPoint et Excel), et vous êtes à l'aise pour communiquer avec des interlocuteur·ices de haut niveau. Vision créative, esprit d'analyse et souci du détail caractérisent votre manière de travailler. Organisé·e, adaptable et orienté·e solution, vous savez faire avancer les projets avec sérieux et enthousiasme.

CDI à temps plein basé à Paris 17e, facilement accessible à 2 mins du métro (arrêt Monceau, ligne 2).
