Hapimag's city resort in Paris is ideally located in the 1st arrondissement and features 65 holiday apartments. For our Hapimag Resort Paris we are looking for a highly passionate and dedicated personality to join us as Resort Manager (m/f/d) If you are ready to live where others holiday – in the center of Paris – while managing the resort, then we are looking for you You will serve as the primary host to our guests while being responsible for the resort. You will lead, develop, and motivate the Paris team, driving the implementation of strategic company goals.
What you can expect
  • Being a host to our guests and business partners
  • Responsible for managing the resort, including budget preparation and target achievement
  • Leadership of a team of 8-9 staff
  • Implementing strategic company goals
  • Coordinating and collaborating with outsourcing companies such as housekeeping and technical services
  • Evaluating guest feedback and implementing measures for the sustainable development of our offerings
  • Continuously improving workflows and processes
What you bring along
  • A completed hotel management school or similar qualification
  • Practical experience as a manager in a hotel or similar establishment
  • Fluency in French, very good knowledge in English (German and/or Italian is an advantage).
