Internship overview

To strengthen our Product team, we are looking for a motivated intern in Product Management. This position reports to the Head of Product and will play a crucial role in:

• Supporting the product team by managing ideas, prioritizing needs, and assisting with new projects like the development of a new corporate/product website and branding initiatives
• Contributing to process automation and optimization within the Product department using tools such as n8n (and similar solutions) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency, sometimes leveraging AI-based features where relevant.

Main tasks & responsibilities

• Idea management: gather and document ideas and needs from various sources including internal teams, customers, and market research. Help in prioritizing these ideas based on business impact and feasibility
• Assist in defining needs: work closely with the product management team to define and document the needs for new features, enhancements, and projects
• Project support: assist in the development and launch of new projects such as the corporate/product website, branding initiatives, and other strategic projects
• Process automation & tooling:
• Help map and document existing product-related processes (e.g. requirements intake, prioritization, release communication)
• Assist in designing and implementing automations using tools such as n8n (or similar platforms) to reduce manual work, improve data consistency and speed up decision-making
• Contribute to small technical tasks such as configuring integrations, working with APIs under guidance, or preparing structured data for automation flows
• Explore how AI-powered tools can be used to support product operations (e.g. summarization, data enrichment, internal knowledge retrieval)
• Collaboration: work in synergy with a multidisciplinary team comprising graphic designers, UX professionals, developers, and business experts to bring projects to life
• Documentation: support the maintenance and updating of essential product documentation, including user guides and project requirement documents (PRDs)
• Market research: Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform project decisions

Requirements

• Pursuing or recent graduate in bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
• Technical curiosity & autonomy:
• Strong interest in advanced technologies, automation, and AI
• Comfortable learning new tools independently and proposing improvements to existing processes
• Basic technical skills:
• Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g. variables, conditions, simple scripts) is a plus
• Interest or initial exposure to APIs (REST, webhooks) and how different systems connect
• Any prior experience with automation tools (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.) is a strong plus
• Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail: meticulous in documenting ideas, needs, and project requirements
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and product management: familiarity with concepts related to e-commerce, website development, and branding is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Collaborative mindset: comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite is a big plus
• Basic experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Confluence is a plus
• Strong communication skills: fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus
