This role involves on-site videography for a one-day conference in Paris, focusing on capturing dynamic content for social media and promotional use. The videographer will work alongside a full production team, with primary duties including recording short interviews, guest messages, and B-roll (POV) event footage. The position requires a creative professional who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced event environment and deliver high-quality raw footage by the next day. The ideal candidate is experienced in content creation for social platforms and understands the nuances of event coverage tailored for digital audiences.
Deliverables
- Record short interviews and guest messages throughout the event
- Capture B-roll and POV shots highlighting key moments and atmosphere
- Produce footage optimized for social media platforms (vertical/horizontal formats as needed)
- Deliver all raw video files by December 21st
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure coverage aligns with event goals
- Participate on-site for the full duration of the conference
Requirements
- Proven experience in event videography and content creation for social media
- Proficiency with professional video equipment and audio capture
- Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and capturing engaging footage in live environments
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and deliver raw files promptly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Availability to be on-site in Paris on December 20th (local or willing to travel)
- Familiarity with current social media trends and video formats
- Flexibility regarding post-event editing deadlines
