Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire pour une durée de 6 mois dans un rôle d'analyse et de recherche sur les actions cotées, doté(e) de solides compétences analytiques et motivé(e) à rejoindre une équipe de gestion ambitieuse dans les actions cotées. Le/la stagiaire effectuera de la recherche fondamentale sur des actions cotées européennes et américaines, proposera des idées d'investissement pour nos fonds, et contribuera au développement de notre gamme de fonds investis en actions cotées.
Responsabilités principales
Le/la stagiaire exercera les fonctions d'analyste de recherche actions au sein de notre département Capital Markets Strategies. À ce titre, ses principales missions incluront, sans s'y limiter :
L'évaluation qualitative et quantitative du modèle économique et des performances d'entreprises cotées en Europe et aux États-Unis (à partir de données financières et extra-financières) ;Modélisation financière et de valorisation ;Génération d'idées d'investissement et élaboration de thèses d'investissement solides, en ligne avec la stratégie de Tikehau Capital d'investir dans des entreprises de qualité à des valorisations attractives ;Suivi des sociétés en portefeuille et des candidats potentiels à une inclusion dans les portefeuilles de fonds (flux d'information, résultats, etc.) ;Préparation et relecture de documents marketing ;Participation au marketing des fonds, au travers de la rédaction de notes de marché, de comptes-rendus de réunions et de rapports de performance des fonds.[ENG]
We are looking for a 6-month intern to perform public equity research and analysis, with strong analytical skills and motivated to join an ambitious public equity team. The intern will conduct fundamental equity research on Europe and US publicly-listed stocks, provide idea generation for our funds, and contribute to the development of our range of public equity funds.
Main Responsibilities
The intern will perform the functions of an equity research analyst within our Capital Markets Strategies department. In this capacity, the intern's main duties will include but will not be limited to:
Qualitative and quantitative assessment of the business model and performance of European and US publicly-listed companies (based on financial and non-financial data);Financial and valuation modelling;Provide idea generation and robust investment cases in line with Tikehau Capital's strategy of investing in quality companies at attractive valuations;Monitoring of portfolio companies and potential candidates for inclusion in the fund portfolios (information flow, results, etc.);Preparation and review of marketing documents;Participation in the marketing of the funds, through the writing of market notes, meeting minutes, and fund performance reports.Profile:[FR]
