How do we recruit?

 At Société International Moteurs Baudouin, we value every application and seek to make the recruitment process as transparent and efficient as possible. Votre impact :

• Garantir la bonne réalisation de tous les livrables projets, dans le respect des spécifications techniques et des attentes clients.

• Être le point focal pour les projets clés en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes internes (Project Design Engineering, Achats, Production, Applications Engineering, Ventes).

• Travailler en lien direct avec les fournisseurs externes afin de s'assurer que les solutions proposées répondent aux besoins des clients et aux exigences de planning.

• Suivre et piloter le planning projet, assurer un reporting régulier et fournir des mises à jour continues aux clients.

• Gérer la communication client et organiser l'ensemble de la documentation projet.

• Assurer la bonne préparation et la coordination des étapes FAT & SAT (tests en usine et sur site) ainsi que des activités de mise en service, en étroite coopération avec les équipes Engineering et Service.

Your impact:

• Ensure the successful delivery of all project deliverables in compliance with specifications and customer expectations.

• Act as the focal point for key projects by working closely with internal teams (Project Design Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Applications Engineering, Sales).

• Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and project timelines.

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules while keeping customers informed on a regular basis.

• Manage customer communication and ensure proper organization of all project-related documentation.

• Oversee and coordinate FAT & SAT activities (factory and site acceptance tests) as well as commissioning, in close cooperation with Engineering and Service teams.

Vos atouts:

• Professionnel expérimenté et organisé, avec 5 ans minimum d'expérience en gestion de projets de grande envergure.

• Formation technique, idéalement en ingénierie électrique.

• Dynamique, autonome, doté d'excellentes compétences en communication et esprit d'équipe.

• Maîtrise de l'anglais obligatoire

• Une expérience dans les projets Datacenter sera fortement valorisée.

Your assets:

• Highly organized professional with 5+ years' experience managing large-scale projects.

• Strong engineering background, preferably in Electrical Engineering.

• Dynamic, self-motivated, excellent communicator, and a strong team player.

• Fluency in English is required;

• Previous Datacenter project experience will be considered a significant advantage.
