Basée à Rennes, notre équipe de 30 talents accompagne déjà plus de 100 clients prestigieux (Transdev, Keolis, RATP…) et connecte plus de 6 000 bus au quotidien. Dans un contexte de forte croissance, nous structurons notre pôle technique pour relever les défis de demain.

À propos du poste

Pour accompagner notre développement et structurer notre pôle technique, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Engineering Manager.

En lien direct avec le Chief Operation Officer (COO), vous prenez la tête d'une équipe de développement de 6 personnes.

Vous avez un rôle central. Votre mission est de maximiser l'impact business de l'équipe technique en alliant vélocité et robustesse, pour livrer plus de valeur à nos clients et plus rapidement que nos concurrents.

Vos missions principales


Management & Pilotage de la Performance

  • Impulser une cadence de livraison soutenue : Inculquer une culture de la vélocité et de l'amélioration continue pour réduire le "Time-to-Market".

  • Développer les talents : Coacher les 6 développeurs pour aligner leurs aspirations de carrière avec les besoins de l'entreprise (montée en compétences, feedback radical).

  • Bâtir l'équipe de demain : Piloter le recrutement et l'onboarding au siège pour attirer les meilleurs profils.

  • Orchestrer le delivery : Garantir la fluidité des cycles de développement et la prédictibilité des livraisons face aux échéances business.

  • Ancrer la culture "Client First" : Connecter le travail de l'équipe à la valeur apportée à l'utilisateur final.

Excellence Technique & Innovation

  • Leverager l'IA (GenAI) : Explorer et intégrer activement les outils d'IA pour démultiplier la productivité de l'équipe.

  • Garantir les standards de qualité : S'assurer que les bonnes pratiques (tests, documentation, revue de code) sont respectées pour minimiser la dette technique.

  • Agir en partenaire du Produit : Collaborer étroitement, sur site, avec le Product Manager et le Support pour aligner technique et besoins réels.

  • Débloquer les situations : Apporter votre regard technique pour trancher des décisions complexes ou lever des obstacles

  • Valider la qualité in-situ : Exploiter les infrastructures physiques (banc de test) au bureau pour garantir des releases irréprochables avant déploiement.

Votre profil

  • Leadership : Vous avez une expérience confirmée en management ou coordination d'équipe. Vous savez fédérer, faire grandir vos collaborateurs et trancher quand c'est nécessaire.

  • Background technique : Issu(e) du développement, vous comprenez les enjeux techniques profonds pour accompagner l'équipe de développeurs.

  • Pragmatique : Vous savez équilibrer les impératifs business et l'exigence technique (délais, valeur client, ROI).

  • Localisation : Vous êtes basé(e) à Rennes (ou prêt(e) à vous y installer) pour travailler depuis nos bureaux.
