Job Title: Real Estate Agent for the Côte d'Azur

Location: in Switzerland and/or in Cannes Côte d'Azur, France

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team on the Côte d'Azur. The successful candidate will help clients buy, sell, and rent luxury properties along the French Riviera, delivering exceptional service, market insight, and tailored guidance throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Côte d'Azur region.
• Conduct market research, price analysis, and property valuations.
• Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and high-quality showings.
• Network with potential buyers, sellers, and local professionals (notaries, lawyers, mortgage brokers).
• Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and transaction timelines.
• Draft and review contracts, disclosures, and other real estate documents.
• Ensure compliance with French real estate laws, regulations, and anti-money laundering requirements.
• Manage client relationships with regular updates and personalized service.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, inventory, and competitive landscape.
• Represent the agency at events, open houses, and networking opportunities.
• Utilize CRM and marketing platforms to track leads, campaigns, and performance.
• Provide exceptional post-sale follow-up and client care.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Broker, preferably in luxury properties.
• Strong knowledge of the Côte d'Azur real estate market and local regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable (or willingness to learn).
• Professional appearance and high level of discretion and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
• Valid real estate license or eligibility to obtain one in France.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred.

• Base salary plus commission/bonus structure; performance-based incentives.
