YOUR FUTURE POSITION

Within the Group Marketing Department, you will support the Strategic Insights France & Benelux team in their daily activities. After a training period on our tools and methods, you will quickly take on responsibilities typical of a Strategic Insights/Marketing Studies Assistant.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support the Strategic Insights France & Benelux team in their day-to-day work.

Your missions will include:

• Weekly and monthly multi-source market analyses (distributor panel, consumer panel, and image tracking), aimed at improving market trend understanding and optimizing the performance of our brands.
• Managing relationships with research providers (IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, Mintel, IPSOS) and acting as an interface between the topline teams and these partners.
• Supporting the implementation and execution of ad hoc studies (qualitative & quantitative, communication tests, pack tests, image tracking, organoleptic tests, U&A, innovation, etc.), involving budget tracking, schedule management, questionnaire programming, validation and dispatch of materials, etc.
• Organizing training sessions on the various SI tools for the French Marketing and Sales teams, in collaboration with internal partners (SI Global Business Analytics team, SI Foresights team) and external partners (IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, Mintel).
• Researching market data & conducting ad hoc analysis.
• Monitoring dashboards for distributor and consumer panels with the local Global Business Data & Insight leader.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a gap-year or final-year student with previous successful experience in marketing and/or sales, ideally in the retail sector. You are known for your rigor and organizational skills, analytical mindset, great interpersonal abilities, initiative, and team spirit. You are proficient in IT tools.
