PR & Influence Officer.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Manager, you will be in charge of defining, planning and implementing the brand communication strategy to develop the brand image and visibility and reinforce brand awareness and engagement in consistency with the global brand communication direction on all channels (Offline & Online) :

1- PR

  • Adapt and implement communication campaigns on product launches, core collection animation, and brand projects.
  • Creates local press releases adapted to brand key moment.
  • Anticipate and negotiate visibility in major supports to ensure we have a strong presence: Editorial features, exclusives, cover opportunities where possible…
  • Build and manage good relationship with journalists
  • Reporting responsibility – specifically weekly & monthly brand reports, media evaluations utilizing TAG Heuer media platform for coverage reach, MIV and other reports as required by the business.
  • Work closely and collaboratively alongside the marketing team, developing media coverage that delivers the best output for the business
  • Keep the business unit abreast of PR activities, working closely and in collaboration to support any instore promotion messaging opportunities

2 - Ambassadors & Influencers

  • Build and activate a brand community in line with the strategy of the brand
  • Source ambassadors and influencers for earned and paid partnerships, creating content briefs and speaking to influencer agents.
  • Closely monitor ambassadors & influencers coverage and take proactive action to maintain a desirable brand image and be ROI oriented.

3 - Events

  • Define the right guests list for International Event that will deliver the best output. Organize and manage schedules for press & influencers invited to brand events and trips.
  • Organize local PR events with good brand presentation for major launches

Profile
Master's degree in Marketing/Communication 5+ years' experience in a PR function Highly resourceful, flexible, hands on and able to solve problems Able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with all personality types Detail oriented while keeping bigger picture focus With a strong understanding of the communication and influence landscape and tools Excellent written and verbal skills A first experience in a watchmaking business and an interest for automotive would be a plus Fluent in French and English
