As a merchandiser assistant for the EMEA zone, your main mission is to support the implementation of the product strategy, the buys of the season while delivering the right product assortment instore.
In conjunction with the Women Accessories EMEA merchandising team, central and region teams:
Job responsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will be the following:
1/ Support the sales & the buying
- notably through training and sales animation
- management of the assortment while meeting countries and clients' needs
- Webinars, creative incentives & action plan
Benchmarks & assortment during and after buying
2/ Day-to-day operational interaction with the EMEA Regions / central
- Analysing and monitoring the sales to identify opportunities and ST optimization.
- Maintaining a comprehensive and updated knowledge of the markets
- Monitoring Openings
- Supporting the markets and digital on a day-to-day basis
With a higher education background like Business Schools, you have an experience of 1 to 2 years in sales or zone Merchandising, acquired in Fashion environment and with product expertise, in accessories, LG or ready-to-wear.
To be successful in this role, you possess a combination of the following skills and attitude:
- Team player, initiative driven, fashion minded (market trends and competitors)
- Open-minded and curious, you have good understanding of different cultures; you blossom in an international work environment,
- Result-driven and client centric, you can interact with varied associates/services
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Excellent level of English & French.
