Head of Data Product – Niveau

Tu interviens comme leader conseil sur des transformations Data Product : structuration de l'offre, accompagnement des clients au niveau exécutif, pilotage des déploiements et encadrement de consultants seniors. Tu combines vision stratégique et capacité à faire avancer concrètement les programmes chez les clients.
Ce que tu feras concrètement
Conseiller des directions (C-level / CODIR) sur la stratégie Data as a Product, gouvernance, model operating et création de valeur par les Data Products.
Porter et scaler l'offre Data Product : définition du positionnement, packaging, cadrage de missions complexes, et leadership commercial sur les opportunités.
Cadrer, lancer et suivre des Data Products avec les clients : discovery, priorisation, KPIs, adoption, industrialisation.
Piloter et coacher des équipes de consultants seniors / experts (Product, Data, IA) : structuration de delivery, montée en compétence, qualité des livrables.
Faire le lien entre business, produit et tech pour garantir que les Data Products délivrent un impact mesurable.
Créer et diffuser des cadres reproductibles (frameworks, playbooks, métriques) pour accélérer les déploiements chez les grands comptes.
Mesurer et articuler l'impact des initiatives Data Product sur les résultats clients et le ROI.
