Objectifs principaux :

Développer les premiers cas d?usage de personnalisation via des algorithmes de recommandation. Déployer en production et tester (A/B testing) les modèles ML. Mettre en place un monitoring des performances et des indicateurs clés.

Conception & Maintenance :

Construire des pipelines ML scalables (de la collecte des données à l?exposition via API REST). Structurer le stockage des données et garantir leur intégrité/sécurité.

Industrialisation & Infrastructure :

Déployer des environnements stables et évolutifs (GCP). Automatiser les workflows (CI/CD avec GitLab). Industrialiser les modèles IA en collaboration avec les Data Scientists.

Collaboration & Bonnes Pratiques :

Travailler avec les Data Engineers et autres équipes techniques pour appliquer les standards. Documenter les processus et faire de la veille technologique active.

Participation aux phases projet : Cadrage, planification, réalisation des tâches en méthode Agile (Scrum/Kanban).

Profil candidat:Expérience :

3 ans minimum en environnement Data/ML (niveau Confirmé). Déploiement en production de modèles ML (expérience opérationnelle impérative). Cloud & Infrastructure : Maîtrise de Google Cloud Platform (Composer, CloudSQL, Cloud Run, IAM). Expérience avec Terraform/Terragrunt pour l?infrastructure as code. Développement & Data : Python (librairies ML) et SQL (BigQuery). Flask/FastAPI pour les API REST. GitLab CI/CD pour l?intégration continue. Machine Learning : Connaissance des concepts d?IA/ML et de leur industrialisation. Expérience en structuration de données, code et architecture.

Communication : Capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques pour des non-experts. Maîtrise parfaite du français (oral/écrit) ? tous les livrables doivent être rédigés en français. Méthodologie : Pratique des méthodes Agile (Scrum/Kanban). Rigueur dans la documentation et le suivi d?activité (rapports mensuels obligatoires).
