This role iscrucialforsupporting our clients and partners in the deployment, customization, and mastery of the Sekoia Defend platform. You will actively contribute to the creation of cutting-edge training content and the execution of technical missions, ensuring a successful client experience and optimal adoption of our solutions.Your MissionsEnablement & TrainingMaintain and update the training catalog based on new platform features.Gather, analyze user feedback, and propose continuous improvements to the training curriculum.Create new training content and technical materials (e.g., SOL Queries tutorials, Detection as Code Course, Deploy and maintain Sekoia on a Private Premise certification...).Prepare and lead certified training sessions for clients and partners.Participate in the study and implementation of solutions to make level 3 training available in a self-service format.Professional Services (PS) TasksParticipate in the development of technical integrations with third-party solutions using Python, Elastic Common Schema (ECS), and Docker.Support clients in migrating their existing XDR, SIEM, or SOAR solutions to the Sekoia Defend platform.Contribute to the creation and optimization of specific detection rules for customer environments.Provide technical assistance to clients and partners during the BUILD phase (initial deployment, quick starts, quality assurance/technical checks, etc.). The position is based in Rennes, Paris or fully remote. Professional trips paid for by the company might be required (estimated 10-20%).Preferred ExperienceWe are excited to meet you if :Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.1 to 3 years of experience in professional services, advanced technical support, SIEM/SOC administration, or a similar role.Hands-on experience with at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and basic knowledge of containerization environments (Docker).Bonus: Understanding of SIEM platforms (Splunk, Elastic, QRadar, or similar) and SOC operations.Technical SkillsDocumentation & Pedagogy: Ability to write clear, technical documentation and effectively transfer knowledge.Integration & Scripting: Proficiency in Python or another scripting language for integration development and automation (Terraform).Networking and Cloud: Strong grasp of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) and basic knowledge of cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Bonus: Cybersecurity: Knowledge of SIEM, SOC, XDR, EDR, SOAR/Automation concepts, and threat intelligence (CTI, MITRE ATT&CK).Professional SkillsCommunication Excellence: Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (SOC analysts, project managers).Proactivity and Autonomy: Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and manage priorities.Collaboration: Team player capable of working effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partner teams.Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying current on cybersecurity trends and the evolution of the platform.
