Vos missions

Vos missions :

  • Accompagner les nouveaux clients dans l'onboarding et la configuration des outils comptables.
  • Former les utilisateurs (clients et collaborateurs internes) aux solutions digitales (comptabilité, facturation, pilotage).
  • Suivre l'adoption et l'usage des plateformes, analyser les retours clients et proposer des améliorations.
  • Identifier les besoins complémentaires (intégrations, automatisations, reporting).
  • Assurer un support fonctionnel de niveau 1 et escalader les cas complexes vers les équipes techniques.
  • Contribuer à la stratégie de fidélisation et de satisfaction client.
  • Participer aux évolutions produit via les retours terrains

Votre profil :

Must-have :

  • Connaissance du fonctionnement d'un cabinet comptable
  • Maîtrise d'au moins un outil comptable SaaS (Pennylane, Tiime, etc.)
  • Maîtrise des outils collaboratifs (O365, …)
  • Gestion de la relation client et suivi de KPIs
  • Bases en automatisation et interconnexion d'outils

Nice-to-have :

  • Notions de data (BI, reporting)
  • Expérience sur CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce)

  • Capacité d'analyse et résolution de problèmes
