We are currently seeking an exceptional finance professional to join our team in Boulogne for one year for a newly created role: Senior FP&A Analyst.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, proactive and analytical candidate to make a significant impact in a mid-sized French subsidiary of a multinational enterprise, listed on the UK and US stock exchanges. The role will focus on revamping our management reporting under IFRS, taking full ownership of structuring and controlling our head office costs also thanks to new technologies and partnering with our business teams at a pivotal moment in time for the Company.

**Senior FP&A Analyst – Corporate Costs & Reporting Transformation

What This Role Is About**
We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Senior FP&A Analyst to lead - during a one year assignment - the transformation of our financial reporting landscape while acting as the key finance business partner for our corporate functions. You will add value by focusing on accelerating data-driven decision making, leveraging new technologies to provide insights and recommendations. You will also rely on your problem solving skills and out of the box thinking to propose new ways of working, and instill strong communication paths, fostering close collaboration between our French operations and our UK Group Finance teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
Transformation of Reporting & Process framework and ways of working, leveraging new technologies to provide insights and recommendations (50%)

• Lead complete overhaul of our IFRS based management reporting suite ;
• Design and implement revamped KPIs and dashboards using Power Query / Jet reports tools (including accounting data stemming from MS Business Central tool), accelerating data based decision making ;
• Streamline and automate data flows to ensure transparency, efficiency and data integrity ;
• Propose standardized reporting to align with Group requirements ;
• Showcase key benefits of revamped processes and tools to increase engagement from key users.

Head Office / Corporate Cost Controlling (40%)

• Design and create FP&A framework and processes for budgeting, forecasting and closing all costs for support departments (HR, IT, Finance, etc.), also relying on new technologies, i.e. machine learning, automation, IA, etc.) ;
• Act as the main Finance Business Partner for corporate department heads ;
• Refine and manage the cost allocation methodology ;
• Provide sharp variance analyses to support insights and key recommendations for senior leadership ;

Ad-hoc Analyses (10%)

• Support strategic projects with financial modelling and ad-hoc analyses, including business cases supporting new IT projects ;

Qualifications
Who we are looking for:

• Experience: 7+ years in an FP&A or similar role ;
• Education: Bacherlos' degree in finance or engineering, MBA is a plus ;

• Mandatory Skills:

• Proven expertise in managing and analysing corporate/head office costs, including IT initiatives and business cases ;

• Solid track record in creating or transforming financial reporting processes ;

• Effective communication skills in French and English ;

• Technical Skills: Expert in Excel and Google Suite is a must. Hands-on experience with Business Central, Jet report and Power Query tools is highly desirable ;

• Languages: Fluency in both French and English, for written and spoken communication ;
• Mindset: Critical thinker and problem solver, proactive change agent and teamplayer with excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders ;
