Technical Product Ower

Criteo internal IT is actively seeking an Technical Product Owner to take over the design and roadmap implementation of our internal Sovereign AI stack

Lead the design, vision, and roadmap of Criteo's Sovereign AI stack—a modular, vendor-agnostic platform integrating LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration tools to power internal AI applications while ensuring data sovereignty, cost efficiency, and business relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and refine product strategy aligned with business needs, market trends, and technical opportunities.

• Translate business use cases into technical features and specifications.

• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, architects, and vendors to deliver best-in-class AI solutions.

• Oversee ML pipelines (data preparation, fine-tuning, model customization).

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, simplifying complex concepts.

• Manage backlog, sprint planning, and delivery milestones.

• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.

• Evaluate and integrate external AI components that fit the sovereign, modular vision.

Collaboration:

• Work with Business Product Owner on priorities and use cases.

• Align with Enterprise Architecture on IT standards and security.

• Partner with AI engineering teams for feasibility and execution.

• 5–10 years as Product Owner / Product Manager in AI, software platforms, or data-centric products.

• Solid knowledge of AI stack (LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, orchestration) to confidently interact with engineers and vendors.

• Skilled at evaluating AI technologies with a balance of innovation, cost, and sovereignty.

• Background in data engineering, AI lifecycle, or technical program management a plus.

• Strong communicator, able to lead cross-functional teams without coding.

• Problem-solver with excellent organization and time management.

• Team-oriented, customer-focused, fluent in English, and experienced in international settings.
