Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with other designers on the team, product managers, and developers to make complex concepts related to our Retail Media SaaS solution simple and intuitive.
Launched in 2023, Mirakl Ads is optimized for marketplaces. This advertising platform enables operators to monetize their web traffic while allowing sellers and brands to promote their products and increase their conversions.
You bring a real sense of ownership to your product approach and can take charge of the entire Design process. You base your work on the core principles of user-centric design and apply your experience in user journey design and interaction design.
This position is open in Paris or Bordeaux with 2 days of remote work per week possible.

During a typical week, you will : 

• Work with the Product Management team to understand the context, challenges, and user needs for the development and optimization of our platform
  
• Collaborate closely with PMs and other Designers on the team at each stage of the Design process, for which you will be responsible: research, low-fidelity, wireframe, prototyping, solution presentation
  
• Test your designs with users and integrate user feedback into your designs
  
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with different teams to help find the best solutions to complex problems you'll need to solve
  
• Monitor the development and integration of features to ensure design quality and consistency
  
• Contribute to improving and developing our Design System
  

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience in user experience design (software, web and/or mobile applications). Previous experience in B2B back-office design is a plus
  
• Excellent command of Figma
  
• Very strong team spirit and open-mindedness: you know how to defend your ideas but also challenge your proposals
  
• An entrepreneurial spirit: you take ownership of the product and work with passion to exceed expectations daily
  
• Solid knowledge of user-centered design methodologies; previous experience in User Research would be a plus
  
• Very good command of French and English (French-speaking teams in an international environment)
  
• Knowledge of AI tools: experience integrating AI into a product would be a plus
  
• Knowledge of integration (HTML/CSS/Javascript) and web interface development constraints (standards, multi-platform, and best practices) will be highly appreciated
