About the role:

You're the master of A-to-Z projects, the "chef d'orchestre" for our ambitious French team. As our proactive and organized Project Manager, you'll take ownership of entire portfolios, from technical feasibility to construction-ready stage. You'll collaborate closely with EPC partners, engineering firms, and our international teams, all while bringing your entrepreneurial spirit to the table. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn, take initiative, and grow at the heart of a dynamic, small structure.

Your responsibilities:

• You expand ad professionalize our network of EPC companies, technical advisors and engineering firms
• You build entire project portfolios. You assess and evaluate the technical feasibility, discuss technical designs with our EPCs, conduct contract negotiations, and bring your projects to the construction-ready stage.
• You think entrepreneurially, can convincingly persuade people of good ideas in a likable way, and boldly move forward to realize ideas.
• You are our reliable contact person for all internal and external project partners.
• You are in contact with our international teams to improve processes, tools, and general knowledge exchange.

What you bring to the table

• Your enthusiasm and willingness to actively drive the energy transition.
• +3 years of experience in project management in the field of renewable energies, especially solar installations.

• A successfully completed degree with a technical background (engineering degree, electrical engineering training, or similar).

• Your structured and independent way of working, which meets good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.

• Proficiency in French language skills in speaking and writing as well as very good English skills.
• Your enthusiasm for traveling.
