Nous recherchons un(e) HR Manager, avec une forte capacité d'exécution, qui jouera un rôle clé et central dans la structuration humaine, légale et opérationnelle de l'entreprise.
Ce poste n'est pas un rôle RH classique ni uniquement stratégique.
Il est volontairement structuré autour d'un équilibre clair :
50 % du temps dédié aux missions RH cœur de métier
50 % du temps consacré aux sujets transverses impactant directement l'exécution, l'organisation et la qualité des parcours internes
Définir, structurer et piloter l'ensemble de la fonction RH
Structurer et piloter les processus de recrutement (offres, sélection, entretiens, décisions)
Effectuer la paie (interne ou prestataire)
Amélioration de l'expérience utilisateur (produits, parcours, pédagogie)
Collaboration avec les équipes contenu, ops
Coordination de projets transverses
Mise en place de process simples et efficaces
Participation aux décisions opérationnelles
