We're looking for an experienced and well-connected professional to join our international wholesale team
.
This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong operational mindset with a robust network in the global luxury contemporary market.

The ideal candidate already has relationships with top international retailers, Understands how international markets and retailers operate and can help us strengthen and expand our global distribution. This person will also serve as a key link between our internal sales, logistics, and warehouse teams, ensuring seamless execution and communication with our international partners in real time.

This role can be based in Paris or Milan

Key Responsibilities

Global Sales & Market Development

  • Leverage personal and professional relationships with international retailers to identify new opportunities and drive global sales growth.
  • Actively prospect and develop new international accounts where the brand is underrepresented, aligning with strategic market priorities.
  • Support seasonal sales prep, including line sheet distribution, order entry, and sales reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the International Senior Sales Director and brand leadership to strengthen partnerships and ensure consistent communication across regions.

Operations & Logistics Coordination

  • Liaise daily with our Italy-based warehouse to manage shipments, resolve delivery or customs issues, and ensure on-time fulfillment.
  • Oversee and streamline order tracking, invoicing, and shipping documentation across international territories.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Finance) to ensure alignment on order flow and client requirements.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a point of contact for international clients ensuring a high-touch level of service across all communication.
  • Respond to retailer inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and speed especially within European and Middle Eastern business hours.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between client expectations, warehouse execution, and internal sales processes.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in international wholesale or sales operations, ideally within the luxury or contemporary fashion industry.
  • Strong existing relationships and contact network with global retailers, agents, and distributors.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in JOOR, NuOrder, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Comfortable working across time zones; must be available during European business hours.
  • Additional languages (Italian, French) a plus.
