Atlas Transition ouvre un partner track Afrique pour un développeur commercial très senior, capable de vendre et conclure des missions de management de transition auprès de dirigeants de groupes internationaux opérant en Afrique. Nous recherchons un chasseur confirmé, à l'aise avec la vente complexe, les cycles longs et les environnements politiques, ayant construit l'essentiel de sa crédibilité dans le dialogue direct avec des DG, COMEX et décideurs C-level.
Parcours attendu :
– Formation académique de haut niveau (grande école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou université de premier rang).
– Parcours significatif en cabinet de conseil (Big Four, stratégie) et/ou en fonctions commerciales ou exécutives exposées, avec une pratique assumée de la négociation de haut niveau.
– Expérience longue et incarnée de l'Afrique, acquise dans la durée, en lien avec des sièges ou directions centrales.
– Appétence réelle pour la chasse, le closing et la signature de deals à forte valeur ajoutée.
Rôle et responsabilités :
– Porter la responsabilité du développement Afrique d'Atlas Transition, avec un haut niveau d'autonomie et de latitude décisionnelle.
– Identifier, qualifier et piloter des opportunités de missions de management de transition jusqu'à leur signature.
– Co-construire le positionnement et l'offre Afrique avec les associés.
– Incarner Atlas Transition auprès des décideurs de haut niveau.
Ce rôle n'est ni un poste salarié, ni une mission ponctuelle. Il s'inscrit dans une trajectoire d'association clairement établie, avec l'objectif de faire émerger, à court terme, un associé en charge du périmètre Afrique. Ce projet s'adresse à un professionnel qui aime vendre, qui sait transformer une relation de haut niveau en décision et qui souhaite aujourd'hui construire et s'associer plutôt que simplement occuper une fonction.
