, we are looking for a
Client Advisor
who can embody the brand's values and build long-lasting relationships with an international and discerning clientele.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Welcome and assist clients by delivering a personalized selling ceremony in line with the brand's values;
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets;
- Build and mantain strong client relationships, actively contributing to customer loyalty;
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and maintain the boutique in accordance with company guidelines;
- Actively collaborate with the team to gurantee high service standards and a positive working environment;
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of previous experience in the
luxury retail environment; - Excellent knowledge of English and French;
- Spanish is considered a plus;
- Strong organizational skills, empathy and flexibility;
- Strong customer-oriented mindset, team spirit and attention to detail;
