We are a global leader in the experience analytics space, with a growing presence across 15 offices worldwide. We're here to stay—and we're looking for team members who are excited to drive impact and help us scale even further.
Our aim is to create an inclusive workplace where everyone learns and succeeds. Contentsquare has built a community of individuals who are daring, understanding, and deliberate. We invite you to join us in making the complex simpler—for our customers, their customers, and each other.
Important note: Be careful of scammers pretending to be from Contentsquare. We will never ask for money or contact you through random texts. For more information, visit our careers blog.
As an Intern Operations Engineer, you'll join the team responsible for improving how our Engineering, Product & Design organization works at scale.
You'll work at the intersection of software engineering, tooling, automation, and operational excellence, helping us streamline the way teams collaborate and deliver.
You'll work closely with Helias Criouet (Head of Engineering, Product, Design Operations) and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers. Your work will blend hands-on technical exploration, workflow optimization, and building small but impactful internal tools — including the integration of AI-powered solutions.
This internship is ideal for someone who is curious about engineering, product development, automation, and modern tooling, and who wants to see how a fast-paced tech company operates behind the scenes. What you'll do:
- Support technical and operational projects that improve efficiency across the Engineering, Product & Design organization
- Explore opportunities to automate workflows through scripts, APIs, or AI-based tools
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal utilities, dashboards, or command-line tools
- Help audit existing processes to identify inefficiencies or missing structures
- Document new processes, standards, and best practices in clear and accessible formats
- Assist with tool evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and adoption
- Participate in syncs and workshops to gather user needs and translate them into actionable improvements
- Bring your curiosity to challenge how we work and propose better approaches
- You're studying software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- You have at least basic programming skills and solid knowledge of software development fundamentals
- You're interested in tooling, automation, APIs, and AI applications
- You're interested in how modern product & engineering teams operate — and want to make them work even better
- You're comfortable navigating both technical and non-technical discussions
- You're well-organized, analytical, and proactive in ambiguous environments
- You speak and write English fluently
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or coding in personal or academic projects
- Previous exposure to workflow or tooling problems (e.g., school project, internship)
- Previous exposure to AI tools in a team or academic setting
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack or similar platforms
- A genuine desire to learn, experiment, and make a difference during your time with us
Here are a few we want to highlight: - Virtual onboarding, Hackathon, and various opportunities to interact with your team and global colleagues both on and offsite each year - Work flexibility: hybrid and remote work policies - Generous paid time-off policy (every location is different) - Immediate eligibility for birthing and non-birthing parental leave - Wellbeing and Home Office allowances - A Culture Crew in every country we're based in to coordinate regular activities for employees to get to know each other and bond outside of work - Every full-time employee receives stock options, allowing them to share in the company's success - We have multiple Employee Resource Groups, that offer a safe space for individuals who share common identities, life experiences, or allyship to connect, support one another, and passionately advocate for the issues close to their hearts - And more benefits tailored to each country
