Ta mission, si tu l'acceptes

Intégré·e à l'équipe communication & événementiel, tu épaules la Lead Event & Editorial Content et l'équipe France Digitale sur la conception et la production éditoriale des événements clés de France Digitale, avec un focus et une responsabilité particulière sur les C-Days.

En binôme avec ta manager, tes missions seront, :

Programmation & éditorial

  • Définir les thématiques et formats des conférences en lien direct avec les leads projets

  • Identifier, contacter et proposer des speakers français et internationaux : entrepreneurs, investisseurs, chercheurs, décideurs publics, penseurs

  • Relation directe avec les partenaires et parties prenantes de l'événement en amont, pendant et après les événements

  • Accompagner les intervenants dans la préparation de leur prise de parole (briefs, coordination logistique et communication).

  • Mise en ligne des programmes des différents événements (wordpress et brella)

  • Préparation des supports de présentation des événements (google slides et ppt)

Veille & storytelling

  • Assurer une veille quotidienne sur les actualités de l'écosystème startup et tech en France, Europe et à l'international.

  • Participer à la mise en valeur des programmes et intervenants (site web, newsletters, réseaux sociaux).

Vie d'équipe & communauté

  • Participer à la vie de l'association et aux événements avec notre communauté de membres et partenaires.

  • Être force de proposition sur de nouveaux formats, sujets et angles éditoriaux.
