We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Data & Analytics Product Owner to act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) and strategic business partner for the FINANCE department, serving as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and data technology teams.

You will join the Data Team and closely collaborate with business units to define, prioritize, and steer projects. You will integrate into a structured environment offering significant domain expertise in FINANCE, controlling notably, facilitating rapid skill development.

Main Responsibilities

• Gather and challenge business requirements from FINANCE teams, Operations/Purchasing Controlling. Organize and lead workshops to align projects with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Data Governance, Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science teams to ensure consistency and quality in delivered solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications to DE & BI teams through uses stories.
• Ensure the delivery of his/her projects and products in line with the defined domain roadmap. Ensure the testing and the quality of the delivered solution.
• Spot opportunities to integrate advanced analytics and artificial intelligence innovations into FINANCE use cases.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Product Management, Agile Delivery and Experience with finance teams
• Google Big Query, POWER BI.
• SAP BW is not mandatory but would be a plus
• Awareness of data science and AI topics

Soft Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simplified way to non-technical stakeholders.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively

Education And Experience

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Data, Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent fields.
• 5-8 years of experience in data, product management, or project management
• Previous experience in FINANCE Analytics projects as Product Owner in an industrial company, ideally food industry
• Fluency in English is essential (international work environment).
• Leadership skills, initiative, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
