As an Internal Regulatory Controller within the Internal Regulatory Control department, your main mission will be to carry out, within a French and international scope, second-level controls designed as part of the internal control system within the various services comprising the gaming industry, covering various regulatory topics. You will thus contribute to the implementation and monitoring of controls to ensure the quality, sustainability, and effectiveness of risk management and regulatory risk prevention systems.

OLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Prepare and then carry out, across all Betclic processes integrated into the control plan, second-level control missions aimed at evaluating the existence, quality, and effectiveness of risk management processes
• Adapt, prepare, and, if necessary, develop control points, tests, interviews, and other samples required to carry out your missions
• Draft second-level control reports within the Workiva tool
• Participate in defining recommendations and monitoring corrective measures
• Integrate and cooperate within a close-knit work team where communication and sharing of useful information will be essential to achieving objectives
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal control procedures

E LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm

This job is for you if:

• Graduated with a master's degree in compliance, risk management, audit, or from a business school
• You have at least 4 years of experience in internal control, audit or compliance
• You have a good understanding of risk management issues and regulations, ethical standards, and compliance (AML, anti-corruption, GDPR, etc.)
• You possess strong analytical skills and adopt a structured, rigorous, and data-driven approach, using factual elements at your disposal to identify anomalies, solve problems, and propose solutions
• You know how to organize your work efficiently to meet defined deadlines
• You demonstrate flexibility and can quickly adjust your working methods when faced with changes or unexpected situations while maintaining a high level of efficiency
• You enjoy working in a team, sharing information and solutions, to contribute to a positive environment and encourage team cohesion
• You are proficient with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and ideally, you have knowledge of the Workiva tool
• And finally, you speak French and English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Elodie or Pierre will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Julien - Internal Regulatory Control Director, your future manager.

Finally, Elodie or Pierre will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
