About the job 

You'll join our Data Science team, where your mission will be to prototype, iterate on, and bring algorithms to production in close collaboration with Product, Data Engineering, and Development teams. The topics handled by the team have a real impact on our customers: our goal is to make the most of our rich and diverse data to grow their revenue, optimize marketplace operations, and ensure the safety of users and transactions.

We're hiring 3 end-of-studies interns for 6 months starting in January or February 2026.

You'll be mentored by a senior Data Scientist throughout the internship to support your research, hypothesis validation, implementation of innovative solutions, and the development of your technical and analytical skills.£

Python, SQL, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Databricks, Spark, AWS (Amazon Redshift, S3, etc.), SQL, Airflow, Delta Lake
Day to day, you will

• Analyze and prepare data: Learn best practices to explore and transform data to ensure quality and relevance for algorithms
• Prototype algorithms: Test and refine your ideas with your manager's support
• Collaborate on productionization: Work with Data Engineers to make your solutions ready for real-world deployment
• Build dashboards: Showcase the relevance of your work and monitor production performance
• Present your results: Share your progress weekly with the team for feedback and guidance
• Explore advanced methods: Grow in a high-level technical environment with experts who can train you
• Join brainstorming and tech watch, and collaborate with other teams

We are recruiting for 3 Mirakl products. Example topics handled by the teams : 

Marketplace product:

• Developing a seller scoring model based on quality criteria
• Detecting anomalies in seller behavior
• Improving product recommendation models for catalog expansion

Mirakl Ads:

• Fine-tuning and optimizing inference performance of multimodal and text embedding models for a product retrieval system powering sponsored listings

Mirakl Catalog Management:

• For the Catalog Transformer team: Training LLMs and VLMs to automate onboarding of sellers' catalogs
• For the Media team: Automatically generating new media types from images for marketplace product pages: 3D, video

You'll love this internship if:

• You're in the final year of a Master's (Bac+5) at an engineering school or university in Computer Science
• You know Python and its data science ecosystem (pandas, sklearn, seaborn, dash)
• You're familiar with data preparation techniques and feature engineering
• You understand statistics, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms
• You're particularly interested in industrialization and scaling of data science models beyond experimental work
• You want exposure to cloud environments (Google Cloud, AWS, MS Azure)
• You enjoy teamwork
• You're responsive, service-oriented, a good listener, and a strong communicator
• You're curious, autonomous, and proactive
