We are seeking an experienced and organized
Project Manager
to lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery to meet business objectives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage communication between departments.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and local regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices in project management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
