Be part of a talented global team offering the chance to engage in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other advisory activity across multiple sectors. We are looking for innovative, driven and talented students who share our drive for excellence to join us in our Paris office for a period of 6 months from March 2026.

What role will you play?
As an off-cycle intern, you will experience first-hand how we are helping our clients, and partners realise opportunity as part of our Macquarie Capital team. Your responsibilities could include analysing potential investment opportunities, financial modelling, creating approval papers, internal and external presentations, market analysis, and providing due diligence support. You will sit side by side experienced colleagues who will support you as you learn and build new skills. Subject to deal flow, you will also assist in the originating and executing of live transactions across various industry sectors as a part of our generalist team.
What You Offer
- You are a student in your final or gap year of a top engineering or business university (bachelor or master) and are looking to gain working experience quickly versus a structured programme.
- Strong language skills in both French and English.
- Thorough grasp of financial concepts.
- Previous experience as an intern in corporate finance advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions , private equity, transaction services, or leveraged finance would be a plus.
