Role Description

This is a 1-year on-site role located in Paris for a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst. The Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst will conduct financial analyses, support due diligence processes, and contribute to valuation modeling for prospective transactions. The role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and preparing detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Additionally, the Analyst will participate in developing strategies to assess market trends and identify potential acquisition targets aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Financial, Accounting, and Valuation skills
  • Expertise in Due Diligence processes and transaction analysis
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and opportunities
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in creating reports and presentations
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and experience with mergers and acquisitions
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in both English and French is an asset
