Finance Manager (Part-Time)
Satopia is hiring a part-time Finance Manager to support the financial planning and strategic direction for the future.
Satopia Travel is a Paris-based experiences company and cultural platform serving a global ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) community.
We design and deliver highly curated journeys, hosted experiences and cultural gatherings worldwide, often in collaboration with leading creatives, cultural figures and foundations. Alongside travel, Satopia produces Elkemist, our philanthropic and cultural gathering series.
The Finance Manager oversees financial operations while also supporting
strategic planning and forecasting
as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain financial dashboards and reporting
- Support strategic forecasting, planning and budgeting
- Ensure financial data is accurate, structured and reliable
About You
- Senior-level finance experience
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capability
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Exceptionally organised with high attention to detail

- Reliable forecasts and planning support
- Strong financial visibility for leadership
All roles are remote, for candidates based in Paris.
