La start-up est en très fort développement : montée en puissance du modèle de franchise, développement de nouvelles activités en France et à l'international, et structuration de la stratégie juridique groupe.

Le cadre existe déjà, mais les enjeux sont désormais ceux du scale : sécuriser, harmoniser et faire évoluer les dispositifs juridiques pour accompagner la croissance sans ralentir l'exécution.

En lien direct avec la Direction Financière et les équipes opérationnelles, vous serez en charge de :

  • Piloter, structurer et faire évoluer le système juridique de franchise (France & international)
  • Rédiger, négocier et déployer les contrats de franchise et master franchise
  • Superviser les contrats commerciaux stratégiques (logistique, fournisseurs, partenaires…)
  • Gérer les contrats influenceurs, créateurs et agences
  • Assurer la protection des actifs (IP, marque, savoir-faire)
  • Coordonner les conseils externes à l'international
  • Définir et déployer la stratégie juridique groupe
  • Manager et faire monter en compétences un juriste junior
  • Être un véritable partenaire business des équipes internes

Profil recherché

  • Formation juridique supérieure (Master 2 / DJCE / CAPA apprécié)
  • Expérience confirmée en droit de la franchise (in-house et/ou cabinet)
  • Forte sensibilité business et expérience dans des environnements food
  • Expérience internationale appréciée
  • Capacité à allier vision stratégique et implication opérationnelle
  • Anglais courant
