The opportunity

Worldline is undergoing a
deep organizational transformation
and is reinforcing its Group Transformation and Performance Office to accelerate strategic change. We are looking for
Transformation Project Managers
to manage critical projects that drive operational excellence and business performance. This role offers high visibility and close collaboration with senior management, making it an exceptional opportunity to contribute to Worldline's turnaround journey.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Project Delivery:

• Plan, execute, and monitor transformation projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align projects with strategic priorities.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively.

Methodology & Governance:

• Apply best practices in project and change management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for governance purposes.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance business performance.
• Support adoption of new tools, systems, and ways of working.

Who Are We Looking For

• 3–6 years in project management or business transformation roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including exposure to senior management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, Prince2).
• Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of any other language would be a great plus
• Experience in customer excellence, sales excellence, or risk management is a plus.
• Certification in project or change management would be a great asset.
