Nous recherchons un Project Manager / Programme Manager senior pour accompagner un vaste programme de transformation digitale achats couvrant plus de 20 pays.

Mission stratégique, forte exposition Groupe, interaction directe avec le top management et les CPO.

? Vos missions principales1. Pilotage du programme de transformation digitale globalSupport direct au Programme Director pour la gouvernance, le suivi budgétaire, le reporting Groupe.

Production d?analyses data-driven pour éclairer les arbitrages stratégiques.

Contribution à la vision long terme et aux opportunités d?innovation.

Organisation et animation des instances haut niveau :

Roadmap stratégique 2027?2030

Comités de pilotage Groupe

Offsites CPO

Participation au sourcing de solutions innovantes, notamment autour de l?IA / GenAI.

  1. Pilotage du processus de sélection d?une solution CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management)Finalisation du RFP international, comparaison et évaluation des solutions candidates.

Coordination des parties prenantes internes (5 entités c?ur + Niveau Groupe)

Préparation et présentation des analyses pour les décisions en comité CPO global

Garantie de l?alignement stratégique et conduite des cycles de validation (business case, experts métiers, etc.).

  1. Expertise fonctionnelle & technique attendueSolide maîtrise des processus S2C et P2P (Source-to-Contract / Procure-to-Pay)

Capacité à challenger les besoins métiers et à structurer une vision cible

Compétences en programme management, avec usage maîtrisé des approches agiles

Haut niveau d?analyse pour traiter et synthétiser de grands volumes d?informations

Force de proposition sur les operating models, modèles de gouvernance et plans d?exécution
