About Echoes

Echoes is the European leader in delivering OEM-embedded telematics data solutions to B2B customers in the mobility, rental, and fleet management industries.

As we expand internationally, we're looking for strong, experienced international business developers who are energized by building new markets from the ground up.

Your Mission

As a international business developer, you'll be at the forefront of Echoes' global expansion strategy, tackling new markets, driving new revenue, and forming strategic partnerships. You're not waiting for leads. You know where to look, how to engage, and how to close. You are a hunter and have a strong appetite for opening new territories.

What You'll Do

  • Own market development: Research, identify, and penetrate high-potential international markets
  • Drive new business: Prospect, pitch, and close new enterprise deals with fleet operators, leasing companies, and mobility providers
  • Execute with precision: Build and manage a strong pipeline, drive complex negotiations, and consistently hit (or exceed) targets
  • Engage at a strategic level: Understand customer needs, position Echoes' value proposition, and establish long-term client relationships

Hard requirements:

  • 5-10+ years proven track record in international B2B sales and SaaS solutions
  • Strong appetite in hunting and developing new business
  • A hunter mentality - you are proactive, competitive, and sharply focused on pipeline creation and deal closure
  • Demonstrated success in identifying new international markets and driving revenue growth from scratch
  • Fluent in English plus an additional European language (not French)

Nice to have:

  • An existing network within rental or leasing or large fleet companies
  • Experience with automotive tech, or telematics
