Senior Store Manager
à temps plein pour notre
Flagship Store parisien
, idéalement situé au cœur du Haut-Marais.

Véritable
ambassadeur·rice de la marque
, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement du chiffre d'affaires et dans la création d'une expérience client unique, à l'image de Miista.

Vos Missions

  • Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle
    : accueil attentif, conseil personnalisé et présentation d'une sélection pertinente et inspirante.
  • Piloter la performance commerciale
    : suivi des indicateurs clés, analyse des ventes, reporting hebdomadaire et mensuel (en anglais).
  • Assurer la bonne gestion opérationnelle du point de vente
    : encaissements, documents administratifs (IN/OUT), contrôle des fins de mois.
  • Superviser la gestion des stocks
    : réassort, réception et mise en place des produits, optimisation de la présentation en boutique.
  • Développer et entretenir une clientèle fidèle
    : gestion proactive d'un portefeuille clients VIP et mise en place de relations personnalisées.
  • Encadrer et faire grandir votre équipe
    : recrutement, formation, accompagnement et motivation au quotidien.
  • Contribuer à la notoriété de la marque
    : prospection de partenariats locaux, organisation d'événements et collaborations créatives.

  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, logiciels de caisse).

  • Une expérience significative dans le
    management d'équipe retail premium/luxe
    est indispensable.
