Votre mission : une boutique, une équipe, une performance

En tant que Store Manager, vous êtes le chef d'orchestre du magasin :


• Excellence Retail : Vous assurez un service client irréprochable et incarnez l'ADN Copains.


• Performance Commerciale : Vous suivez les objectifs, dynamisez les ventes et développez le panier moyen.


• Leadership & Management : Vous formez, coachez et motivez une équipe de passionnés.


• Organisation & Gestion : Vous pilotez les stocks, l'ouverture et la fermeture, et garantissez une exécution parfaite.
