Nous recherchons un Head of Operations, capable de structurer, scaler et optimiser toute la chaîne opérationnelle pour faire de Click&Care un modèle de performance et d'impact.

VOTRE RÔLE

  • Vous êtes le garant du fonctionnement opérationnel global et de l'expérience Click&Care, pour les familles comme pour les intervenants.

  • Votre mission : structurer, optimiser et scaler nos opérations afin d'élever la qualité, réduire les coûts et augmenter la rentabilité.

  • Vous êtes membre du Comité de Direction et un acteur clé de la croissance.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

1. Structurer et piloter les opérations

  • Superviser l'ensemble des équipes opérationnelles.

  • Construire et industrialiser les process clés : recrutement, affectation, suivi qualité, planning, alertes, remplacements, facturation…

  • Définir les KPIs de performance et de qualité.

2. Garantir la qualité du service

  • Assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction des familles.

  • Renforcer la stabilité des intervenants (turnover, absentéisme, engagement).

  • Mettre en place des standards qualité mesurables et contrôlables.

3. Optimiser et automatiser

  • Déployer des outils d'automatisation.

  • Réduire les temps de traitement, les coûts et les erreurs.

  • Améliorer la productivité de l'ensemble de la chaîne opérationnelle.

4. Piloter la rentabilité

  • Identifier et activer les leviers d'amélioration (taux d'heures remplies, planning, marges).

  • Travailler en transversal avec la Finance et le Produit pour optimiser le P&L.

5. Leadership & transformation

  • Recruter, structurer et faire grandir les équipes.

  • Installer une culture d'excellence, de responsabilisation et d'amélioration continue.

  • Accompagner le passage à l'échelle et gérer les phases de croissance rapide.
