Role Description
The Expansion Manager at The Pure Lab. will lead growth initiatives and strategically oversee market expansion opportunities. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and managing sales strategies, and identifying new partnership opportunities. The role requires leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to implement expansion strategies effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paris.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities for informed decision-making and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with stakeholders
- Proven Team Management experience to lead teams and coordinate across departments effectively
- Sales expertise in identifying prospects, building relationships, and driving strategic results
- Proactive approach and innovative thinking to identify opportunities and overcome challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and French preferred
- Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is an advantage
