, société spécialisée dans l'accompagnement de projets industriels Nous intervenons auprès de grands acteurs de l'industrie Life Sciences pour les aider à optimiser la performance de leurs projets et renforcer la maîtrise de leurs opérations terrain.

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recrutons un
Project Management Officer (PMO) F/H
pour assurer la planification, le suivi et le contrôle des plannings projets pour un partenaire industriel pharmaceutique dans le cadre de la construction d'une nouvelle usine sur la région Lyonnaise (69)

Vos missions :

  • Assurer le
    suivi et le reporting
    de l'avancement des projets (planning, budget, risques);
  • Coordonner les équipes projet et faciliter la communication entre les parties prenantes;
  • Organiser et animer les comités de pilotage et instances de gouvernance projet;
  • Déployer et
    maintenir les outils de gestion de projet
    (MS Project, Primavera);
  • Standardiser les
    processus et méthodologies
    projet de l'organisation;
  • Créer et actualiser les tableaux de bord et indicateurs de performance;
  • Accompagner les chefs de projet dans leurs missions quotidiennes.

Apportez vos compétences :

  • Issu d'une formation technique, vous justifiez d'une
    expérience minimale de 2 ans
    sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement pharmaceutique;
  • Vous maîtrisez des outils PMO tels que : MS Project et/ou Primavera;
  • Vous parlez couramment anglais afin d'évoluer dans un contexte international (Niveau B2 minimum);
  • Vous maitrisez
    la gestion de budget, la planification de projets
    et comprenez le fonctionnement d'une équipe de gestion de projet.
