Role Summary
Join our Business Performance & Customer Centricity team as an intern and play a key role in delivering insightful data analyses, customer-focused initiatives, and reporting solutions. You will collaborate closely with core business units (Marketing, Convenience, Supply) to bring transparency to key business drivers and support data-driven decision-making.
As a Business Performance & Customer Centricity Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in analytics, reporting tools, and cross-functional collaboration. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn how data empowers the day-to-day operations of BESTSECRET's core consumer business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance monitoring tools
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Collaborate with country managers to gather data, interpret results, and support strategic decisions
- Contribute to customer-centric and performance-related projects under the guidance of senior team members
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or in the final year of a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven problem-solving
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (mandatory)
- Expertise in Excel and Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Python is a plus
