Pixalione est une agence experte en acquisition digitale, spécialisée en SEO, SEA, Social Ads et Data. Nous accompagnons des marques ambitieuses (PME, ETI, grands comptes) dans l'amélioration de leur visibilité et de leur performance, avec une approche stratégique, technique et orientée résultats.
Dans un contexte de forte croissance, nous renforçons notre équipe commerciale et recrutons un(e) Business Development Representative (BDR) dédié(e) aux offres SEO.
En tant que BDR, tu es au cœur du développement commercial. Ton objectif principal est de générer des opportunités qualifiées pour les équipes commerciales, en adressant des prospects à forts enjeux SEO.
Tes missions principales :
- Identifier et prospecter des leads qualifiés (PME, ETI, grands comptes)
- Mener des actions de prospection outbound (cold call, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Comprendre les enjeux business, marketing et SEO des prospects
- Qualifier les besoins (trafic, visibilité, conversion, performance)
- Présenter la proposition de valeur et les expertises SEO de Pixalione
- Générer et transmettre des rendez-vous qualifiés aux équipes Sales
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Sales, Marketing et SEO
- Mettre à jour le CRM et piloter tes KPIs de performance
Le profil recherché
- Première expérience réussie en tant que BDR / SDR / Business Developer
- Forte appétence pour la prospection et le new business
- Sensibilité au SEO ou envie réelle de monter en compétence sur ces sujets
- À l'aise à l'oral, structuré(e) et orienté(e) résultats
- Capacité à comprendre rapidement des problématiques business complexes
- Curieux(se), persévérant(e) et proactif(ve)
- Une expérience en agence ou dans le digital est un vrai plus
