En tant que Accounting & Admin Operations Manager, tes objectifs seront les suivants :
Garantir le respect des obligations comptables, fiscales, sociales et réglementaires, tout en optimisant les coûts de structure.
Sécuriser les encaissements en visant 0 % d'impayés définitifs et un taux de retard (échu) inférieur à 10 %.
Assurer un service administratif de qualité, fiable et réactif, auprès des équipes.
Pour assurer ces objectifs, tu piloteras nos partenaires externes (expert-comptable, avocats, …) sur les sujets les plus techniques ou chronophages.
Dans une optique de rationalisation des coûts, et pour soutenir notre croissance (+50% par an), nous visons une automatisation poussée des tâches répétitives, en tirant bénéfice des dernières avancées en IA. Tu recenseras des opportunités d'automatisation, rédigeras des spécifications et piloteras les développements réalisés par le pôle IT, tout en assurant le contrôle qualité et la validation humaine des opérations automatisées.
Les obligations sous ta responsabilité incluront :
Comptabilité : facturation des ventes, tenue régulière de la comptabilité et établissement des comptes annuels
Fiscalité : TVA, IS, impôts locaux, SAS2, déclarations CII/CIR (pour nos clients)
Social : DPAE avant l'arrivée, affiliation Mutuelle/Prévoyance, visite médicale, paie, DSN, URSSAF, retraite, DUERP, CSE
Réglementaire et juridique : AGO, dépôt des comptes au greffe, RBE, assurance RC Pro
Tu pourras aussi être amené(e) à travailler sur des sujets complémentaires en fonction des besoins et de tes appétences, tel que :
La recherche et l'obtention de subventions ou de dispositifs fiscaux avantageux
L'optimisation des packages de rémunération
