Overview:
Inuka is working with an investment and asset management company to recruit an HR Operations Manager based in Paris. This role will lead day-to-day HR operations and payroll activities across France and international offices, ensuring strong compliance, efficient processes, and high-quality employee support.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and validate payroll operations in France and internationally, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate statutory reporting.
- Act as the main interface with payroll and HR service providers across multiple countries.
- Manage HR administration, contracts, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with French labour law, international regulations, and mobility requirements.
- Maintain and standardise HR operational procedures and internal controls.
- Support HR reporting, workforce planning and coordination across project companies.
- Contribute to HR systems, digitalisation initiatives and HR data analytics.
- Act as a key contact for employees on operational HR matters and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding.
- Lead and develop the HR operations and payroll team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 7+ years' experience in HR operations, with proven payroll and HR administration exposure.
- Experience managing small teams and coordinating multi-country HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of French labour law and international HR compliance, including the Syntec collective agreement.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems, HRIS platforms and absence management tools (GTA).
- Strong reporting and data management skills using MS Office and HR tools.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
