Contexte de la mission
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable du Pôle Test & Commissioning et du Lead Engineer de la Direction Technique, vous jouerez un rôle central dans l'ordonnancement du plan de tests, d'essais et de mise en service des équipements électriques et CVC dans un environnement Industriel.

Missions

  • Coordonner les acteurs et interfaces du T&C, depuis la phase design jusqu'à la réception des travaux
  • Intégrer les exigences clients en termes de méthodologie, d'indicateurs de performances et de programme d'essais
  • Définir la stratégie des tests, essais et mise en service pour répondre aux objectifs contractuels de planning et de contrôles
  • Documenter la conformité de l'installation aux objectifs du design contractuel, de sécurité, de fonctionnalité et de performance
  • Vérifier durant les travaux les prérequis nécessaires au bon enchaînement des tâches et au respect du planning
  • Proposer et suivre les plannings d'essais prévisionnels ainsi que les plannings à 3 jours / 3 semaines
  • Apporter des optimisations méthodologiques en phase commerciale
  • Suivre l'avancement des essais et leur conformité au planning
  • Assurer la gestion documentaire liée aux activités de T&C
  • Coordonner les lots techniques (Electricité HT/BT, Mécaniques, CVC…), en lien avec leurs responsables essais respectifs
  • Être l'interlocuteur principal du client et du Commissioning Agent sur les sujets liés aux tests et essais en phase travaux
  • Solide expertise en électricité (HT/BT)
  • Expérience confirmée en coordination de tests, essais et mise en service
  • Connaissance approfondie des environnements techniques complexes
  • Capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs multiples et à piloter des interfaces
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et orientation résultats
