Co-Founder & Business Developer
to lead commercialization and scale.
Your Mission
Drive business development & market expansion
from early traction to scale
Launch and grow Variet
, securing first customers and distribution channels
Build strategic partnerships
across D2C, B2B, B2G, and new industry verticals
Support fundraising
, investor engagement, and pitch preparation
Develop and execute the go-to-market roadmap
for both the brand and platform
Help assemble and lead the founding team
as we scale
Contribute to financial planning and operational execution
What You Bring
Experience in
business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership
Proven ability to take products from zero-to-one and build traction
Comfortable working across strategy and hands-on execution
Strong communicator — able to pitch, negotiate, and close deals
Passion for sustainable innovation and meaningful product ecosystems
Ownership mindset
— building long-term value, not a quick exit
